Shyan’s musical message of education and community empowerment is the staple of his Cafe Noir Project, which is selectively featured within Starbucks. Having started on the ground, at the grassroots level, the Cafe Noir Project has exponentially grown over the years generating a live album, an LP, a photo book, a behind-the-scenes documentary, a feature film, and a national tour with stops at schools, colleges and universities, exclusive Starbucks locations, exclusive Apple locations, and live music venues throughout the United States.
