BYGMusic will be selecting at least one artist from our platform for a free two-day recording session at Capitol Recording Studios with Grammy-award-winning producer Krish Sharma.  Selection will be by our sole determination, criteria are a combination of factors including songwriting, performance, presentation, track record and digital presence.  Artists must have original material available online and a social media presence.  We will select the artist(s) at the end of March. All studio production costs will be paid for by BYGMusic.  All travel and lodging will be the responsibility of the winner, though winner will be eligible for free air travel on Spirit Airlines Music for Miles program. All studio sound recordings will be the property of the winner, BYGMusic will retain the right to use audio and video content created during the session for promotional purposes, including social media promotion.  Winner will certifies that entering, winning or completing this contest does not infringe on any 3rd party rights or breach any third party agreements.
